Idea - Rules Topic.

A Server Rules Topic should be posted, I haven't really seen one, and this might be able to confuse players. ~ Chris

Some rules to be usefull
1-No spell spaming
2-No abusing
3-No using bad language
4-No kill players if they don't want
5-No over use the ticket
6-No killing GMs when they are tagged on
7-No hack
8-Play safely
9-No use .announce just for fun
10-Play helping the server

It does help, Manic should implement these, as to what, you will see less power-abusing Game Masters/Administrators. Especially like Bloodz, he threatens to ban you if you are talking about Role-Play or etc... So, I'm expecting his demotion to be very soon...
